There have been a range of theoretical approaches to conceptualizing and measuring personality. TestDirect® Personality Profile Test is built on the Five-Factor Model. Having taken years to design and test, TD® Personality Profile Test has been relied upon across various industries to match candidates with requirements of roles based on personality and character traits.

Typically, the TD Personality Profile Test is a 10-minute assessment that generates an instantly produced an 11 to 15-page in-depth report that analyzes the candidate's personality and discusses various performance related aspects.

Within minutes of testing a candidate, using the Five-Factor Model, TD Personality Profile Test produces the results of the so-called “Airplane Test” instantly. This enables personalized management methodologies, clear training/development goals and the promotion of a healthy work culture which is vital to securing high levels of productivity, employee retention and engagement within the organization.

With JobFit® embedded, the likelihood of a person’s personality to match the roles of the job in question is determined. 

The test itself consists of 60 one-word questions (a detailed description of the word will be displayed upon clicking on the question mark next to the word). This one word question can be answered with only one of the following answer options:
